Due to the complex nature of the art we sell we have found that rather than using a shopping cart, we can serve you much better if you email us with the item(s) you are interested in and your shipping address, we can take it from there. For things as simple as the "gift items" we will return your email with the total cost, including shipping and simple instructions on how to proceed. For more complicated "art" items, we may have an email conversation with you about size, media, and other options. What ever you are interested in, we want to be sure we both are on the same page before proceeding with the sale.

Prices

Prices for some items will be listed on the site along with the items themselves. Others, such as the photographs, will have links to a page listing prices for various sizes and media. These links will open on a separate page to make it simple for you to go back and forth between the two. Custom orders will be priced via email.

Availability

As time goes on, we will be adding more items from our Maui Gallery that will be available online. If you have been to our gallery and have an interest in purchasing something you saw there that is not shown on this site, please email us with a description and we may be able to put together an online transaction for you.

Most "gift items" listed on this site are in stock and can be shipped right away. Some items may need to be ordered and will take a little longer. What ever the case, we will give you the best information we have as to when you can expect to receive your order. Only in very rare cases will it take more than 2 weeks from the time you make the order until you receive it. More commonly, it will just be a few days.

Purchasing from this site is easy and safe. After we have determined all of details of the order, you can choose to make your payment in one of two ways.

1) We can send you a PayPal invoice that will allow you to pay online using your PayPal account or using any major credit card. We utilize PayPal to assure you the highest form of security encryption for our transactions. Basically, this means no one, including us, will see your credit card information.

2) If you would rather use your VISA or Mastercard credit card directly with us, simply call us with your credit card number and other info between 8 am and 5 pm any day of the week.

We will give you all of this information when we receive your email request for any purchase.

Our art ships from various places depending on what it is. We ship most things direct from our gallery but some art is shipped by the artist themselves, and some of the larger prints and special orders may be shipped directly from the lab.

When we have all of the details of the purchase, we will give you an exact price, including shipping, so there will be no surprises. Unless you have a specific carrier you wish to use, or want to receive your order extra fast, we will choose a shipping method that is the least expensive way to assure a safe trip to you. For items coming from Maui to the mainland, this usually is USPS Priority Mail.

We take full responsibility for anything damaged during transit whether it is sent directly from us, one of artists, or the lab. We only ask that if you receive a package that looks damaged on the outside, report it to the carrier immediately. If possible, take pictures before and at each step of opening a damaged looking package. We have had very little problems with shipping damage and expect everything will be fine with your order but you can be assured that we will take all responsibility for any errors or damage.

You will notice that each photographic image has a limited offering in sizes. This is to give you an idea of pricing. Other sizes are available as a special order. Feel free to email us with any requests and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please keep in mind that if you wish to have a print that is not the same aspect ratio of the image, it will have to be cropped. We will show you how the cropped image will look before we confirm the order.

Original and reproduction paintings are only available in the sizes offered.

Other items will be listed using various methods to best describe the size of each particular item. Soap in fluid ounces, jewelry in approximate dimensions, etc. If you have any questions about the size of anything, please email us before ordering.

Reeflections will guarantee your complete satisfaction with anything you purchase. If you are in any way unsatisfied with anything we sell, you need only email us and we will return your purchase price. You will be responsible to ship it back to us in the condition you received it.
