We want you to be happy. Our business relies heavily on returning clients and word of mouth advertising. This holds true for anything we sell whether art or gifts. Before we will represent any artist or company in the gallery or here on this website, we require that they promise to back their products but if they do not, we will. The following is our general guarantee. This covers anything you purchase from us online or in the Maui Gallery.

General Guarantee

At Reeflections, we have two important goals to meet. One is of course to sell enough art to keep our doors open and our artists from starving. The other is to share this art with as many people as possible. In order to do either effectively, we need to be sure you are completely satisfied with everything we are offering. Our 1st step toward these goals is to be honest about what exactly it is we are offering and the 2nd step is to resolve any misunderstandings to your satisfaction. We want you to enjoy our work for many years to come and we would like you to purchase more down the road. We also hope that you will share good words with others.

With this in mind, we will promise that if the art you receive is in any way not up to your expectations for ANY REASON, we will quickly refund your money and only ask that you return the work in the condition you received it within 7 days and explain your disappointment so that we can do better. Sound fair?

If you are on Maui and able to visit our gallery, it is easy to show you what each piece looks like. No surprises here. Online, it's a bit more difficult. This is especially true with the color of paintings and photographs. If you are viewing the images on this site with a LED screen, they will probably look a little lighter or darker than they actually are depending on the agle you are viewing from. Monitors are all a little different - even calibrated ones - so the colors will not be exact. Even if all monitors were identical, there is a big difference between an image viewed with the light from rgb pixels and the light reflected from paint, photographic dye or ink on various media. We can tell you however that the most common thing we hear first from people that walk into our gallery on Maui is, "Wow! I just love these colors!"

So while we cannot guarantee the art you receive will be identical in color and luminance to the images on your monitor, we will absolutely guarantee that you will be happy with what you get.
